Prague is the capital of the Czech Republic, the largest city in the country, with a population of around 1.5 million. The city is one of the most beautiful and fascinating in the whole of Europe, with the old quarter of Prague designated a site of cultural heritage by UNESCO.

Prague is also a city you can visit at anytime of the year...with hot summer months offering temperatures in excess of 30c and the winter dusting of snow often adding a mystical quality to the city. The best times to visit are in the spring and autumn when more agreeable temperatures allow for a more comfortable tour around the sights.
